As part of a designer workgroup, I co‑led the creation of a unified Adobe CC Library for all print materials, turning years of scattered templates and legacy files into one scalable system.

Starting point
Along with our workgroup, I audited existing layouts, selected the strongest patterns and rebuilt them as standardized templates with consistent grids, type styles and adhering to established naming conventions for file types. I researched best practices for CC Library implementation, created a clear process checklist and partnered with our art director to manage milestones and maintain momentum.

Problem solving
To ensure alignment, I worked with our Brand Voice SME to incorporate voice intents into the our system documentation, strengthening both clarity and cohesion of which material types are most appropriate for each intent.

Implementation
Implementing this was a huge team effort. Every designer on the team built layouts and created templates for the various materials included in the library.

Results
A single CC Library containing brand marks, iconography, typography, color swatches and grid guidance.
Standardized layouts across letters, flyers, mailers, postcards and books.
Faster production and stronger brand consistency across all print communications.
